Public Message from US Together

Here at US Together, we are committed to protecting the community. As a social service agency dedicated to helping others, we feel it is best to close our offices to the public until further notice, effective March 16th. In an effort to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the majority of our staff will be working remotely. Our staff will continue to provide services to clients remotely through phone, email, and online technologies. Our website and social media will be updated frequently as the situation evolves. For assistance, please call our main office numbers: 614-437-9941 in Columbus, 216-456-9630 in Cleveland, and 419-469-2529 in Toledo. To access our interpreting services, contact 614-581-4357 in Columbus and 614-581-6727 in Cleveland.

We encourage everyone to follow the recommendations from the Ohio Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control:

  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; dry hands with a clean towel or air dry hands.

  • Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are unavailable.

  • Cover your mouth with a tissue or sleeve when sneezing or coughing.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Stay home when you are sick.

  • Avoid contact with people who are sick.

Ohio's coronavirus call center is open to answer questions from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The hotline number is 1-833-4-ASK-ODH or 1-833-427-5634.
