Mental Wellbeing Program (Cleveland and Toledo)

 
 

Our programs are run in Cleveland and Toledo. These programs are DBH certified and accept Medicaid and HMO’s for payment.

  • Our programs include counseling, assessment, diagnostics, case management and peer support.

  • We offer Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment

  • We help with system navigation and obtaining insight into various stressors along with coping skills and psychosocial stress management. These service can occur individually or in a group setting.

  • Our programs focus on language accessibility with a strong push with skill building self-advocacy and communication skills to encourage independence.
